Hi, I’m Rising!
I am a sound bath facilitator, Thai body work practitioner, meditation and yoga teacher (RYT-200), artist, and much, much more. I have come to realize that my wellness, which I define as “feeling good in my body, mind, and spirit”, is an integral piece of my overall happiness and satisfaction with life. It may seem like an obvious statement, but it took me years to come to that realization! After years of neglecting my well-being, I finally reached a tipping point where I became motivated enough to do something about it - and if you’re reading this now, I’m guessing you’ve reached that point as well.
