Cancellation Policy

At Guided Heart Wellness, I value the time and energy you set aside for your well-being, and I hold that time with care. To keep my schedule running smoothly for all clients, the following policies apply:

Deposit Requirement (All Services)

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all 1:1 sessions and group services.

• This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service.

• If you cancel, the deposit is not refunded.

1:1 Massage & Yoga Appointments

Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit is forfeited.

• If you reschedule within the 24-hour window, the original deposit remains non-refundable and will be applied to the new appointment.

Group Events (Retreats, Workshops, Corporate Bookings)

All group events require the $25 non-refundable deposit to reserve your date.

• The deposit is applied toward the total cost of services.

• If you cancel the event, the deposit is not refunded.

No-Call / No-Show Policy

For all services—individual or group—a no-call, no-show results in being charged the full amount of the reserved service.
